Well few days ago I just went on the Oudh 1590,the outlet which is on the lake road.I have had an amazing experience about the place and about the food to share…

This is their new branch and the representation and the thought to decorate the place is absolutely die for..You can choose the place to spend as they have ground floor and 1st floor.May be they are opening 2nd floor very soon on customer demand..

.The price range of the food were average to high.You will find your desirable quality food to eat..This place is famous for its Mughlai cuisine consists of dishes developed in Medieval India at the centers of the Mughal

Empire.It represents a combination of the cooking style and recipes of Central Asia and North India.

Now coming to the foods we ordered::

1.

Murgh Pardah Biryani -350 Rs.

Itconsist of chiken layered with house special spices cooked in ” Dum pukht ” style, most delectable awami delicacy.Quantity is perfect for 2 people.They served it in a well decorated clay pot.

Qalmi kabab -245 Rs (4 piece)

Tender leg piece of chiken marinated with yogurt,green chilli paste & Coriander leaves ,grilled in tadoor.

Obhiously,how can I forget their special chhatnies which makes the taste of the kabab a level higher.

3.

Gulaab Sharbaat -110 Rs.

That was a special flavoured soft drinks that was testy enough But I will definitely suggest you to take a sip on Doodh Gulaab Sharbaat (125 Rs.)..

4.

Last but not the least kulfi Falooda (95 Rs.) Plays an important role to end the dinner..

Its an traditional Indian ice cream made from thickened and reduced milk flavoured with saffron and cardamom.Falooda is fresh cornflour ‘sev’ i.e vermicelli..The whole thing melts like a butter into the mouth..

So,these are the thing that we ordered.The hospitality was also very good,All the food were served in a proper decorated mughal dishes. Specially the ambiance and soft music can give you the extent feeling to spend some quality dinner date with your loved ones..
